1. Place the contoured back support around the lower back area using both hands. 2. Bring the non-hook-and-loop end of the support across the front of the stomach area. 3. Hold support in place and bring the opposite side of the support across the stomach area and attach. 4. Adjust support to your desired level of comfort and compression level. Care: Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent. Air dry.
